Roles and Responsibilities:
The committee generally oversees and ensures the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of a range of activities.
1.Formulate and assess the strategic objectives of the organization or project.
2.Harmonize strategies with the overarching mission and vision of the entity.
3.Ensure that objectives are practical, quantifiable, and attainable.
4.Examine and sanction budgets for initiatives or organizational endeavors.
5.Supervise financial outcomes in comparison to the sanctioned budgets.
6.Guarantee efficient allocation of resources.
7.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge advancement and achievement.
8.Routinely assess and appraise the efficiency of initiatives or organizational efforts.
9.Tackle and resolve challenges encountered during execution.
10.Create plans to counter risks and adapt to unexpected obstacles.
11.Execute pivotal judgments pertaining to project planning and implementation.
12.Convey the goals and strategies of the organization or project to pertinent stakeholders.
13.Uphold detailed records of planning and oversight activities.
14.Spot potential enhancements in planning and oversight methodologies.
